Most of our members are wee shapers who drive our team forward as well as good completers.S ultimately other members work on clarifying goals, and promote decision-making as the coordinators.
· The Action Plan as a Team leader
Leadership is a quality of knowing yourself, having a vision that is well communicated, building trust among members or followers, and taking effective action to realize your leadership potential.
As a leader, he/she should guide/coordinate their team with a
provided structure with clarifying working methods and focuses on performance.
Before being a Leader of a team, he needs to be a leader who guided himself
toward goals. To improve as a leader he/she must follow the below criteria
accordingly.

opportunities Identified

ü
A leader must understand what are the strategies
which will be working well the gaps among the team which need to be
improved, and how will team members be committed to the needs and goals of
their projects.
- Talk to the team members
ü

ideas, wants, and needs from all of the team members to determine what they’re

How do you
build an effective team?
The most significant aspect of a
project's success is selecting the group that will work on it. Each team
member's set of skills should add an additional contribution to the team.
Before choosing an individual to be
a part of a project team, two factors must usually be considered: first, what
skills are required to fill those positions on the project team? Second, what knowledge
and skills can this new member bring to the table?
Each project has its own set of
requirements, and roles are assigned based on individuals' experience, skills,
knowledge, and so on.
This is among the most important
steps in managing projects: assembling a team of effective and efficient
professionals.
What makes the team successful?
In general, work organization
within such a project team necessitates extra attention and effort. The very
first process toward project goals is to distribute roles and assign
responsibilities.
Putting together a high
productivity project team can appear difficult. How do you know who the best
team member is? How do you assign roles and ensure that everyone understands
their responsibilities? What if a team of brilliant minds moves out to be
totally impotent?
While some of the information that
explains these questions is intuitive, there are guidelines to follow in order
to form an effective team.
Conclusion
What matters most at the completion
of the project it's what we've learned and experienced experiences. Throughout
our time working together, situations arose that put us to the test in terms of
making decisions and dealing with pressures and exceptions.
One of most important parts of our
project was undoubtedly teamwork. We would not have been able to achieve any of
it if we would have not collaborated. Despite the fact that the design was
broken up into individual pieces, we frequently consulted with each other when
we ran into problems with our work. One of the most essential aspects of
